I had received flawed material and was told I could receive a credit or choose a different material. Since the flaw was not in an obvious spot and the material matched existing curtains I took the credit. I was NEVER told there was an expiration (30 days) with a credit. When I wanted to use my credit I was told there is NO record of any credit and there is NOTHING they are willing to do in order to make this right! Company made no effort to resolve instead resorted to name calling.
